We are looking to recruit a Head Chef who wants to make a name for themselves and play a large role in the local hospitality scene. The position would suit an experienced Sous Chef looking to move up, or an established Head Chef looking to further their reputation.

All applicants must have experience in a high-volume establishment that utilises fresh good quality ingredients. You must be well organised, with the ability to lead from the front and guide the team with the goal of establishing the business as one of the best, if not the best in the area.

Assistant Management Couple:

The site is seeking an experienced dynamic, ‘live in', 'hands on' assistant management couple. Crucially this opportunity will appeal to candidates who are passionate about providing high quality food and creating a classic, vibrant and exciting bar vibe.
We are a small family run independent pub and award winning catering brand.

The couple will comprise a chef and front of house enthusiast, who are passionate about seasonal modern British fare who can drive our food and bar sales forward. The chef role will is also an opportunity for a strong sous chef maybe looking at Head Chef together with a partner with front of house experience.

The roles will include: day to day running of the kitchen and bar, menu design, good stock control, managing and training staff, excellent communication with front of house and kitchen, rotas, health and safety regulations.

The candidates will have bags of experience in a pub environment, be imaginative and energetic promoters of the music offerings, knowledgeable on controlling food costs, be very organised, and have a strong work ethic.

The posts will become available as soon as lockdown ends with the possibility of starting earlier.
