New Recruitment Incentive Scheme

To encourage new joiners and better enable staff retention we are rolling this scheme out immediately:

The payments on this are:
Existing staff from date of signing new / amended contracts and all new starters who stay with us 12 months to receive loyalty bonuses on the anniversary of starting: 16 hours per week £300, 24 hours a week £400, 30 hours plus or salaried staff £500 this will be paid annually every 12 months completed and will rise in line with inflation.

We would only be offering new starters minimum 8 hour contracts and these would attract the bonus at £150 per annum increasing as above.
