Roasted parsnip soup with chunky granary bread
King prawns and flaked salmon en bouche with crunchy vegetable broth
Parma ham, mozzarella and roasted tomato Mille Feuille edged with pesto cream
Pan -fried chicken livers with brandy glaze set on mushroom, pancetta and wilted spinach crouton
Gateau of roasted vegetables displayed with pickled vegetables and balsamic roasted baby onions.


Main Courses

Roast Norfolk turkey with winter vegetables, mashed and roasted potatoes, pigs in a blanket, bread sauce and cranberry stuffing
Roast Sirloin of English beef with red wine jus, Yorkshire pudding, winter vegetables, mashed and roasted potatoes.
Fillet of pork filled with a cinnamon and sultana stuffing set on wild rice and edged with parsnip puree and wilted greens
Sea Bass fillet, crispy skin and moist flesh set on quick fried vegetables and fried potatoes with a soy and red wine glaze
Roasted vegetable tart tartin with snow pea salad and crushed new potatoes

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Baby pear poached in red wine and set in a chilled chocolate sauce
Chocolate tart edged with a chocolate mousse and vanilla pod ice cream
